Who we are

QuotaClub is a 1:1 sales-coaching service operated by Isobel Hardwick, sole trader, based in Bali. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean QuotaClub. References to “you” mean any visitor to this website or person who interacts with us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you actively provide to us:

• Email address. When you use the salary calculator or send us a message, you give us your email so we can reply.
• Application details. If you apply for 1:1 coaching, you complete a form (hosted by Tally) covering your background, goals, and contact details.
• Anonymous analytics. We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity uses cookies and records anonymised page interactions. It does not collect personally identifying information.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, sell your data, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

How we use it

• To send you the materials you requested (e.g. salary breakdown).
• To respond to inquiries about coaching.
• To improve the website and the resources we publish.

Where it’s stored

Email enquiries are received via Gmail (Google LLC) under Australian terms. Application form responses are stored by Tally (tally.so). Both providers have their own privacy policies, which you can review on their websites. We do not maintain a separate database of personal information beyond what is held in those services.

How long we keep it

We retain emails and application records for as long as is reasonable to operate the coaching relationship and for tax / business-record purposes (typically up to 7 years, in line with Australian Tax Office requirements). We delete data sooner on request unless we’re required to retain it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that’s inaccurate.
• Request that we delete your data.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required for analytics (Microsoft Clarity) and the cookies set by embedded forms (Tally) when you choose to interact with them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
